I'm in the kitchen putting away the dishes from dinner, and hear Caleb in the family room singing to Wyatt. Caleb does this often, though usually when he's rocking him at night.
How sweet, I think, and turn down the water so that I can hear better, wondering what song he's singing him. A hymn maybe? A nursery rhyme?
Nope.
He was singing him a Killers song.
It works, Wyatt seemed to be enjoying it.

"Baby's Got Back" seemed to work for Ross and Rachel, so why not The Killers for Wyatt?!

That reason along with many others are why dads are so great. Ryan started his boys early on in the ways of true music. I just wasn't so sure about Rancid. (Don't worry, he screened the songs.)
Oh also, seriously virtual thanks is enough for me. Just snuggle that baby to death in the time that it would have taken to write mine. :)
