Thank you so much for sharing your fear of 'secretly wanting to be childless again' and how the thought hasn't even crossed your mind now that you've had him. As someone who is just starting to walk the path of trying to conceive, I sometimes get scared about when I think, "Wow, this is something that will change the rest of our lives" and there's no going back.
I figured that once you have your little one in your arms that the fear disappears and you can't imagine life without them, but it's such a relief to hear it from someone who's been there!

I've worried the same thing about making such a "final" decision in my life. There's no turning back! But I'm so happy to hear that the fear dissipates once the baby arrives.

And seriously, you sound like such a great mom. Don't beat yourself up over the things you're doing/not doing!!

Kim, you and Caleb are such wonderful people that there is no doubt that Wyatt is going to be just the same. I love reading your blog! I look forward to meeting Wyatt and seeing you and your hubby at the party!

Reading your comments about becoming a new mother brought a tear to my eye. I remember those feelings too. I love the picture with Caleb asleep with Wyatt on his chest. Pure bliss! I'm glad the breast feeding thing is working out. It is so worth the effort. You would think that it would be the most simple thing, but it can be such a struggle, and so many people give it up because of that. I'm glad you're sticking with it.
